Gwen Heaton, M.D.
Gwen Heaton is a psychiatrist and has been in practice for 34 years. Dr. Heaton provides psychiatric evaluation and treatment for adults. She is only in the office on Tuesdays and her ability to accept new patients is limited.
Connie Chambers, LCSW
Connie Chambers is an LCSW in private practice since 2000. She works with adults, providing individual and couples counseling. Late evening appointment are available on Monday and Tuesday. Most major insurances accepted, including Medicare and many EAPs. Medicaid and HIP not accepted.
Tony Schroeder, ACSW
Tony Schroeder is a licensed social worker who has experience working with adults, couples, children and families. He has worked in community mental health clinics as well as schools. He helps those with anxiety and depression as well as relationship issues. Tony accepts all major insurances including Indiana Medicaid. He does not accept Medicare. His hours are Monday and Thursday afternoons and evenings.
Gail A. Moore, LCSW
Gail A. Moore has been in practice for 21 years. She sees children 6 to 18 years old and adults 18 and up, including elderly, providing individual and couples counseling. Gail accepts all major insurances except Medicare and Medicaid. Gail’s hours are Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Dosha Harrell, LCSW
Dosha Harrell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, adults, and families. She has experience working in the community mental health and school systems, but her passion is helping people process and heal from traumatic experiences. She also provides support for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and other mental health needs. Dosha believes in “meeting the client where they are in their journey of life” and ensures that therapy is person-centered to address each individual’s needs. She is currently accepting self-pay clients until she is credentialed through insurance providers. She is in the office Tuesday afternoons, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Shelli Reetz, LMHCA
Shelli Reetz, LMHCA,(she/they) is a licensed mental health counseling associate. She has worked in clinical mental health and school settings for over 20 years. She works with teens, adults and partners/couples. Shelli is a holistic, affirming provider that works with clients managing anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ identity, grief/loss, obsessive compulsive disorder, complex post traumatic stress and other diagnoses. She draws from a variety of theoretical approaches to best meet client needs. Shelli is accepting new clients and has a sliding scale option available. Accepts HSA and a variety of insurances and medicaid.
